"I called AutoZone to check if they would be able to install a new battery for my car. Michael explained on the phone that he looked up my car and he could do it. When I arrived 10 minutes later, Michael was there ready to replace my battery. He let me watch and explained the process. He finished the job super quick and was very helpful and polite. The customer service goes a long way now a days. I will be going back to AutoZone instead of the competitors due to Michael’s customer service."
