"I've used this dealer twice and had problems both times. The first time I dropped off a truck and there was no place to leave the key - the picture in the shop looked nothing like the actual location. The second time I was picking up a truck, and the lock would not open. One of the mechanics at the site very kindly took 20 minutes trying to get it open for need - though they don't really have anything to do with U Haul. But it became clear that a mistake had been made with these lock box - the code I received applied to the wrong box, which had a key to the wrong truck. There is some lack of attention to detail here!"
