"It took me a little while to write this review because you know, life. Anyways, I took my car here for annual state inspection because it's close to me on a Saturday morning, wait time was not bad they had a waiting area outside. They were polite as well so my initial feeling was pretty positive. About 20 minutes later, the supervisor came to me and said the mechanic had something to tell me. The mechanic(older gentleman) showed me that my third reverse light was not on when the car was in reverse. Told me to talk to the supervisor to order the part and get it replaced before they could pass me. I told the supervisor I would like to order the part myself and fix it for a re-inspection. I asked for the R sticker so I could go back within 60 days. They did that and I noticed on the report, it says third brake light failure(not third reverse light). I inspected all the lights the day before and even took a video. I went home, googled, searched for the third reverse light assembly, asked people on forums, and what do you know, that doesn't exist. I inspected the lights again the day after and took a video too, same result as the previous video. I went back on a Monday morning and told them I was there for a re-inspection since the third brake light was "fixed". The same old gentleman did the inspection and when he was done, he handed me the key and said "all set". I went on my way since I didn't want to waste more of my time there. They lied to me, trying to fabricate a problem that didn't exist. When they fail you, ask for the R sticker and get a second opinion somewhere else to confirm. This kind of business practice is not acceptable. First and last time take my car there."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do NOT come here. The shop owners are all rude and money hungry. They do not like to address you if you are black, they make up prices off the top of their heads and they walk away from you when you’re trying to have a conversation. I had my car towed here… three days went by without them even looking at the vehicle. I told them I was towing it elsewhere and they started throwing random prices for the storage fees. I will never come back here. I don’t recommend anyone to coming here."

"Absolutely terrible service; do not bring your car here for repairs. $260 for a replacement of my gas cap when my check engine light was on, but didn’t notify me of the fix before they went ahead with it. The Mechanic said that the engine light is on because the gas cap is loose. The next day, my check engine light is still on and only then do they run the diagnostic, telling me it’s a code issue. They then tell me that they adjusted the proper codes, but the check engine light is on yet again the next day. When I returned, they told me that the problem might be with various physical parts, after having already told me that the issue was with other things two separate times. After all the back and forth, I decided to cut my losses and will be taking my car elsewhere so that it can actually be fixed. I managed to get a refund, but the manager said it is not their fault. Do not come here!"
