"I was going to park here yesterday, with a prepaid reservation through the app. when we got in to the lot, all the spots were full and the attendant had me pull in and park blocking other cars in, and actually expected me to leave my keys with him. They gave me a card releasing them from all liability related to the vehicle and it's contents. I told them no sane person would hand over their keys and made them open the gate and let me out. sketchiest 5 minutes of my life."

"Parking attendant was completely useless. Not sure why a self-pay lot even has a parking attendant in the first place. They charged us an extra $13 for ONE MINUTE because the parking attendant wouldn’t accept our payment. This lot would do much better to eliminate the job of parking attendant and make the parking cheaper."
