"I knew this company was horrible, but the company I work for arranged the rental for me. After just a couple of days started having issues with the car's key fob. Probably a weak battery. Finally decided to call the 866 number for some help. Took nearly 4 minutes of working through their firewall of endless menus and messages to get a real person the phone. And even though I selected English as my language preference in the first step, the representative's accent made communication very difficult. Fortunately, I did not speak with them long, because, after describing my issue, I was immediately transferred to another to another line and placed on hold. After 15 minutes more of waiting, I gave up. I sure wish Google would allow negative star ratings."

"Company is trash. If I could give them zero stars for a review I would. NEVER I repeat NEVER use this rental company. Charge you extra after for insurance when you already paid for insurance. And then says that’s how they do it. I have rented cars multiple times before when traveling to Las Vegas where this happened and other states as well from other companies and this hasn’t happened. I’m letting everyone I know not to ever use this company and I’m certainly staying away from anything with their name on it."

"I rented a car on 8/6 in Daytona. I specifically declined the extra insurance, but the girl put it on to my bill which I failed to recognize. I called the corporate office where I was told there was no recourse. I am out $121.96. This company uses deceptive sales techniques, outright lying, and exceedingly poor customer service. And their telephone tree is endless and the hold time unacceptable."
