"Just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer there that I love. They got me in a new SUV within a couple hours It's now March of 2024, all I needed done was my rear brakes (because I definitely drive heavy footed), I knew I had an issue with my exhaust, which I couldn't afford to fix at the same time. This man Rick who runs the place had someone pick up my truck at work, a good 15 minutes away, dropped it off. When I started it up I Immediately realized he fixed my exhaust, my brakes were perfect again, and the noise under the hood was gone. I don't even mention anything but the rear brakes to be fixed, he did this job for the price of just the labor for fixing the exhaust that meineke gave me. I went from being told it was a $1400-1700 fix from the other guys and paid $350 with this place. Ive had no issues at all with this explorer and it's been over a year now. I will never buy a car from somewhere else or get repairs anywhere but Elite. I'm just so gassed I had to leave this review cuz it literally just happened and it absolutely made my month."

"DO NOT BRING YOU CAR TO ELITE. They use cheap parts and when you inform them that ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR stated that the work they did was dangerous and can result in loss of life. When I informed Rick he stated there is nothing wrong with using cheap parts and to contact his lawyer."

"I purchased a car in June. Car engine light came on a day later. I reported the engine light to the Rick. I requested a repair. Week after week I was told that they have no time to fix it but to call in a week. Finally they took my car and gave me a loaner. After a month goes by I’m told that the mechanic has no idea what’s wrong. They didn’t even fix the minor problems. I’m so disappointed."

"Great at getting you into a car which mostly any dealer could do , once you have an electrical problem you get told to bring it somewhere else. How could you have a mechanic for cars in your lot that are mainly all electrical yet they can’t work on mind as well not have one then u going to use after market parts on a 2012 Jeep just blows my mind not happy with this place and Rick knows it. Haven’t had the car for 1 year and it has 5 codes I got sent home with when it’s their issue after adding after market parts No No No."
