"I cannot recommend this dealership due to their awful communication, lack of flexibility, and high-pressure tactics. They seem more interested in squeezing every last penny out of their customers than building long-term relationships. Case in point: I recently inquired about updating my car insurance and was immediately bombarded with threats of repossession,. I've already paid double for my car, what they offered me for my car during a trade-in inquiry and still have an absurd amount left to pay. Their aggressive approach is unacceptable and completely unnecessary. They sell cars at inflated prices (when you pay by weekly) and then offer ridiculously low trade-in values, making it nearly impossible to upgrade without paying a fortune. It feels like they're taking advantage of their customers at every turn. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and prioritizes ethical business practices, I suggest you look elsewhere. State Road is all about the bottom line, and they won't hesitate to use underhanded tactics to achieve it."

"Connie is always so amazing. Walked in yesterday to upgrade, walked out with a Subaru Outback! Wanted to get something safer for New England winters because I am 9 months pregnant and wanna keep this baby safe! Connie made the process so fast and easy and was amazing with pricing as well, since we want to save as much as we can for the little one!
