"Buyer beware don’t buy any car from this place I purchased a car and was the biggest mistake. When purchasing the car I was told that the car only needed a 35.00 sensor which turned out to be a timing chain which cost me the same amount of money as the car. I was told that the car would get fixed so it can pass inspection , had no car for a week to just pick up my car and the only thing they did was a oil change, and the wrong size spear tier which took 2 weeks to get and was still the wrong size. The car never passed inspection which by law they need to sell you a car that will pass! Never saw such bad customer service ever and also they had disrespected my husband. My 8year old daughter was with us when picking up the car when the owner started to fight with us as well as cursing, unprofessional behavior and disrespectful behavior towards customers. Be smart and read the reviews before going this is such a horrible place to purchase a vehicle for your family. 4/28/2024"

"BUYER BEWARE*****If there was a way to leave negative stars, this would be the dealer to do it for. Bought a 2010Jeep Patriot from this un reputable dealer-subframes rotted and broken with in the first 2 weeks (which once she was told-she already knew but never repaired or even disclosed) -she had the front frame tacked and spray painted by a welder-still broke and could have killed my daughter. Owner took no responsibility for it and placed blame on everyone else. I asked for the 4K back that I paid for the jeep-she refused to give me a refund.....Stupidly I gave the Jeep back for her to have repaired-still have a rotted rear sub frame-she ignored that repair all together when asked. Picked up the Jeep yesterday-half a tank of gas missing, hood on the vehicle was never closed properly, abs and anti skid lights are now on-which weren't before and the front end was never aligned after the subframe was replace (supposedly). These things will now have to be cared for by a mechanic with an impeccable reputation which will cost me more out of pocket and more time. I HIGHLY suggest if you see this dealer on any used car sights-RUN...... FYI-formal complaints have been filed with the BBB, MA Attorney Generals Office and well as the MA Dealer Commission."

Denise sold me a the car and scammed me saying i just needed to change the transmission fluid for $150 and now after buying the car, i’m paying for a whole new transmission for almost 2k. before buying the car, she kept suggesting that i shouldn’t drive the car until the fluid was changed. me being a new driver and not knowing anything about cars, i listened and planned on doing just that after buying the car. after finding out about the transmission, i told her i wanted to give the car back and she never answered any calls when my family and i tried reaching out multiple times and nor did she ever show up to the dealership. biggest mistake buying from there."
