"I had a very bad experience at this place , there's an haitian lady her last name is Augustin I ask her for 4 splenda's she was so mean to me. she told me that she can't give me 4 splendas she only can give me 2 when she notices the I was asking for a manager she gave me the other 2's. The level of service was so low she's has been very rude she needs to learn how to smile and be nice to Customers."
"It's definitely open 24/7 as of April 2024. Was here at 0315 in the morning and got coffee. Every terminal has one and the girl at the counter said they all operate different hours. But this one is definitely 24 hours and has standard coffee and dunks food."
"Very disappointing that you pay almost 4 dollars for a coffee you tell them how want it and still get wrong . It seems like they don't pay attention. "Frozen coffee was all ice no coffee and almost white, meanwhile if I want ice for my water I need to pay $1 for a SMALL. Grilled cheese had barely any cheese and muffin was dry and overdone. I know not to expect much from dunkin but this one is next level bad. Not much choice to do anything different in this area of the airport."
