Jenn was extremely responsive and collaborative, making thoughtful suggestions to make the day special. She arrived on-time with all the materials necessary for our cake decorating training. She was an excellent instructor - and I definitely snacked on some of my frosting throughout our time it was so delicious. "My family and I were blown away by how gorgeous as well as how delicious our cupcakes by From Scratch were! My little niece even ate the actual cupcake - not just the frosting as little ones often do. I have since also enjoyed the decadence of Jenn’s salted caramel brownies (just try to stop yourself from eating them all!) as well as more cupcakes and flavors. "Where do you even start? First off- Customer service is amazing. My wife and I were scrambling to find a smash cake, and a cake for our sons first birthday. We reached out to Jennifer and she got back to us in 5 minutes, we had the order form in no time, and she helped us pick our design and basically the entire cake from start to finish. The process was seamless, Jennifer is amazing, and most of all- The cake was delicious. Everybody at the party was commenting on the custom cake design, and then they were commenting on how great the actual cake tasted. Would recommend a million times out of a million.
