"Just had the worst service here. Ordered food —salad came pretty quickly (bc it was already prepackaged). Waited 30 minutes for the other food item (soft pretzels, which were an appetizer). Someone came by (not our server) and I said we didn’t have our pretzels. Waited another 10minutes and told our server we wanted a refund because we had waited 40minutes for the pretzels and had to leave for our gate. The server said he’d talk to the manager. Waited another 10minutes (at which point we were getting up and ready to leave) and the server brought our pretzels in a to-go box. I didn’t have time to argue for the refund I had asked for, so I just took it and left. For being in an airport, you tend to expect over-priced (often mediocre) food and drinks, but you expect some sense of urgency. The food wasn’t worth the price nor the service."

"The worst service ever in any restaurant from the world I have been. Ordered shrimps and calamari and a steak and a bottle of water through the site. You get a fork 10 min After. Then finish the shrimps still no knife for the meat. Had to ask for a knife. Then finished to eat, water never came. Had to ask, and I got a 0,5l of Evian instead of a 1l Icelandic. So had to complain again and finally got a 1l of Aquafina. Then had to ask for a glass too. Finally asked if I can talk to a chief, nothing. Well, first and last time ever in this airport restaurant. Expansive and absolutely not knowing what service means."

"Don’t bother with QR code table ordering - it clearly doesn’t work, and you end up waiting ages for an order the staff aren’t aware of. Expensive, slow, and I’m not totally confident that the credit card details I had to part with to use QR code ordering are safe."

"Good drink selection but the lack of staff is terrible. They use an online ordering so to only have two people running (one bar, one for food), making the service painfully slow, especially for an airport restaurant. I hope this improves"

"The newly expanded Terminal E looks great and has a few new restaurants added. Boston Harbor Distillery is one of them. The place has a great atmosphere and plenty of seating options, you can sit at the bar or at the table, there are also places facing the runway. The idea is to make a ton of money on drinks, all the drinks specifically cocktails are ridiculously priced. Well I know it’s an airport location but still… Food prices were not bad compared to LF not that steep, but lacking in the taste department as well. The carb cake sandwich was not memorable at all. If you run out of options sure do give this place a try."
