Reviews
"What a disappointment... stayed at Aloft hotel for a fire convention, and after receiving amazing service from the hotel staff, it was so sad to be treated with absolute trash customer service from the "bar staff" at wxyz bar.. walked up to the bar to order a drink and if I could give Michelle a -10/5 for customer service.. it would be a favor. Frazzled, flustered, and underwhelming doesn't even to begin to describe my experience... but I guess "when in Boston?""
"Panini and Pizza were so good!"
"Very nice cozy place. Excellent service with Sebastian the barman."
"We had a terrible experience at this bar last night, the waitress asked to me and a friend for our ID when we had ordered a beer and we gave her our passports and after that she asked us for a another card with our name on it, because that wasn’t proof enough for her and we asked if that was legal to do.. and she told us “yes of course”. She didn’t asked anyone else for something like that. We felt discriminated and ashamed. How a bar in a hotel that receives people from all around the world has this POORLY and terrible service.. we won’t come back ever. This was the only place in boston that gave us that horrible experience."
