"Where to start? My husband and I knew we wanted a Subaru Impreza , everything about this car is amazing. I was trading in a Crosstrek - which is also a great suv. Once I drove the Impreza, I knew it was the car for me. The handling and accessories and the price is second to none. After going to Balise Subaru- also Patriot Subaru , we decided to walk into State Side Subaru. The moment we walked up , I knew this was our place. The kindest man greeted us at the door! We would find out quickly - this was where our car was coming from. This gentleman, Chris, was so welcoming , not in a typical car salesman way. We explained what we were looking for, car, color and accessories. The rest was history. Chris got us the best price , no pressure AT ALL , which was a breath of fresh air compared to how we were treated at the other Subaru dealership. Numbers were simple, no games. In two hours paperwork was done, car was purchased and we picked it up last night. I have bought many cars in my life, this was by far the best experience I we could have had. The monthly payment is exactly what we wanted , the m.s.r.p price was fantastic and we are happy customers!
