"Boston cream pie was very good, not too sweat, crunchy with Almond wrapped. However, the Boston Cream Pie martini was worth to have as well. Come to Oldest inn in Boston and you would be amazed with the historical dessert, interior, and atmosphere. Don’t forget to go to the second floor for washroom. It’s like walking into Stephen Kings novel ( in a not scary way) lol"
"Abysmal service, extremely minimal menu - $20 for Ruben sliders that have a single slice of corned beef on each sandwich that doesn't even cover the entire bread. Regret not leaving when we waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us."
"You hate when one employee ruins an experience but it happened. I was out there with business partners and ordered three drinks. Kelly, after tipping her generously, decided to refuse us one additional drink (at the Last Hurrah) and “cut us off.” This is the first time in my entire life at age 41 this happened and during a work trip. I wish I could take the tip back and honestly feel the same way I have after someone has stolen something from me. It was incredibly embarrassing being in front of people from work, but after the generous tip I wonder if it was because she overheard our political conversation and it was out of spite. It did not make sense but certainly and absolutely ruined the experience. We made friends with some people from a convention next to us who loudly shared their disgust in the experience as well. If it wasn’t for her specifically, it would have been a 5 star experience but sadly, she ruined it for all of us. I would highly encourage people on business travel to not come here due to the embarrassing experience. Three drinks and arbitrarily cut off, in front of partners and prospects. Unacceptable. Please note the timing was around 1030p if anyone needed to follow up. Very disappointed in what otherwise seemed like a pretty neat place."
"Friendly service, excellent beer, and relaxing atmosphere. The Boston cream pies are a delicious delicacy that I highly recommend. This lovely little spot served as a perfect dessert and cap to our night."
"Stopped in for lunch. The service was friendly. The food was delicious, presented beautifully, and had large portions, all accompanied by an ocean view. Many items are market price, so if budgeting is an issue, it may be a bit of a challenge. That being said, we are glad we went, and if we had time, we would go again."
