"After 15 hours on a train and getting in late to our hotel, we were looking for a place to get some food and drink, when we came across Anchovies. What a cool place when we walked in it was busy but the server and bartender booted us right away and got a seated. They were extremely helpful and explained some items to us and we had a fantastic dinner! The drinks were absolutely phenomenal, and they were stiff!!! No small half pours here! Wow!!!! We are definitely glad we found this place and we will probably eat here again on this trip. I can’t say enough about the environment and the food and the drinks and our server Peter was as good as they come! Would definitely recommend!!!!"

"This was such a surprise! We got out of a concert late on a Tuesday night and found this kitchen open until 1am or later. It’s a small bar with amazing food and awesome service. Have not had better service at five star restaurants. We got salads, fried mozzarella and an amazing eggplant parm sub. Delicious soft fresh bread with oil for dipping was brought out with the drinks. We were there for an hour and the bill was extremely fair."
