"I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but after tonight, I feel that I should to speak upon my experience anyway... I haven't been to canobie in years.. therefore I've never been to Spookfest until tonight.. the front entry way for admission was set up different, the 2 people I approached first said they wasn't the ones to check in with.. so I walked further & approached an older gentleman sitting at a booth, so with confusion I asked him if he was one I was suppose to show online tickets to.. a simple yes or no should've been given.. but this man took it a step further to treat me like I was dumb followed by sarcasm.. I did not appreciate that one bit.. & the fact that I went from excitement to entering the park feeling disrespected, sad, & embarrassed.. was not my ideal.. especially after just driving 2.5 hours down to enjoy the festivity. Aside my experience of just trying to enter the park with my family.. I did not see any dressed up characters roaming the park the 4 hours I was there.. compared to footages on tiktok & youtube that I've seen the past month.. I was excited for that experience but that became disappointing too.. we saw no haunted Haye ride going on & was only able to see 2 out of 5 haunted houses throughout the park unless we overlooked areas? ... The worker named Cassie at the arcade had poor customer service with friendliness & patience. We weren't there long enough to accumulate 1000s of tickets.. we had only 400 tickets earned & not a big variety to choose from... so my son had to pick odds & ends with the small knick knacks.. & she was rushing for us to finish (we were there for 2 mins & No one was in line behind us waiting) & didn't even look enthused to either be there or to be of providence to us. I've asked 3 different associates where we could find locations of haunted houses we couldn't find & not one was able to give us answers.. & the gift shop didn't have prices on the items.. so I found it shocking that the mug I got came to $20!..."
