"this place and the mechanics are very shady. they do everything with little effort and use short cuts to do things. very fraudulent. not to mention they tied the van with electrical tape, and their playing this game with a disabled man. absolute scumbags in this place and they have no care in the world."

"Please be careful about buying a van from Mobility Works company. I’m trying to save other people from losing over $20,000 in only owning the van for 2 years and only driving the van for 13,000 miles. Families depend on these vehicles for family members who can be severely disabled. This company will take all your money and sell you a vehicle they can’t buy back, even though they claim they will when they sell it to you."

"I have hand controls in my car and the button that engages the controls malfunctioned. I called the two MW stores nearer to me and one said a 10 day wait, the other a 16 day wait. Andy at MW Attleborough took me right away with the understanding that they'd try to service my car if they had a canceled appointment. I had my car towed and Andy, Randy and Lee called me multiple times to understand the malfunction to repair it correctly without costing me too much $$. It took exactly 24 hours for them to replace the button and reset the computer. I couldn't be more pleased. Even though they are much further away, they will get my continuing service needs business."
