"I visited the Gulf gas station recently with the intention to fill up my tank. However, upon reaching the pump, I encountered an issue where my card wasn't being accepted. Approaching the cashier for assistance, I was met with indifference as she was engrossed in her phone. Upon inquiry, she responded rudely, asserting that all machines were functioning properly. Eventually, I persuaded her to try my card on her system, which unsurprisingly worked flawlessly. Her subsequent accusation that my card was faulty was not only baseless but reflected a lack of professionalism. This experience marked one of the worst instances of customer service I've encountered, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my visit to Gulf."

"I like this place. Sometimes I just go to the Dunkin Donuts Drive-thru. But sometimes I go in and talk to the people behind the counter. They are always friendly. And by the way I got a scratch ticket there and I hit for $500. Just a lucky a little coincidence but thank you to the woman who handed it to me. She was friendly and we had a nice talk. I didn't know I won in till I came home. But the point is the people that work here are kind and friendly. The convenience store is clean and organized."

"The 4 stars is mostly because of dunks and not the actual gas station. I stop here once a week usually or sometimes twice but every single time I do and no matter what time or what employee is working, they are sitting or standing there all comfy with their phone out watching videos and surfing the internet etc. I'm sorry but if it's slow and your bored, there should always be something to do or whatever. Just doesn't look professional at all. The Dunks is always great tho! There is a girl that I get almost every week now and she always makes my coffees and stuff perfect just the way I like it and when another person made it and I came back in and asked them to add a little extra flavoring to it she just made me a new on herself just how I like it and gave me that one instead. They are always in a good mood and is a pleasant atmosphere"
