"North Attleboro office was crazy busy when we arrived Friday afternoon to pick up car (2022 Dodge Charger) with 2 people ahead of us then 2 came in behind us so staff was trying thier best to keep up. I preface my review noting this since we were supposed to have my fiance added as an additional driver where he took her license and we thought were all set and drove the car to North Carolina which my Fiance drove about a couple of hundred miles. I happen to check the details on my contract on line (was not given a print out) to change return date since we were headed back early and discovered she was not included so had to go spend 20 minutes of our vacation time to visit and Enterprise in NC to add her as a driver and learned there was an additional daily charge which was never previously mentioned and we were provided a print out of the updated contract. Also, I had called the North Attleboro office and was told I could not change the return date which was incorrect. A shout out to Brittany Perkins in the Kill Devil Hills office which she was awesome! Moving on to the car, since it was a couple of years old and had 56K on it I thought I should probably take a look under the hood which I should not have to touch it. I discovered the oil dipstick was at the low level so we were driving the car 1500+ miles I figure the oil leve should be top off and added about a half a quart. Same for the wiper washer fluid which I had to add about a half a gallon to top off. The car had slight shimmy during initial braking which is probably a warped rotor which needs to be turned or replaced which I informed the office and since inspection was due they said they would have looked at. Not a perfect experience for sure but luckily the car ran fine and had no issues back and forth."
