"Rented a car from budget cars brakes completely shot making the vehicle unsafe to drive I stopped at this budget rental for help. They couldn’t have said no faster. Called budget for help which they did it took time understandable. Went back in just to use the bathroom asked “can I please use your restroom while I wait?” Basically said to kick rocks to a stranded paying customer. 0% customer service dumpster fire of a place. Go to enterprise."
"Horrible!! Do not rent from them. We rented a car for 2 weeks and the vehicle they gave us had Bluetooth that only worked for about 30% of the time, windshield wipers that you couldn’t see after they wiped, tires that were bold and a passenger seatbelt that locked every two seconds. Even beyond all of those issues the customer service was some that I have NEVER experienced before. I will NEVER rent from them again. Oh then to make things worse we were charge an extra day for returning the car 5 minutes late"
"My recent experience with this rental car company was less than ideal. Here are the key points from my visit: 1. **Waiting in the Cold**: Upon arrival at my scheduled pickup time, I was asked to wait outside in the winter cold while the employee finished up with two other customers. This felt quite inhospitable and inconsiderate. 2. **Strict COVID Protocols**: It seems the company is still strictly adhering to COVID-19 protocols, which might explain the outdoor waiting but still felt excessive under the circumstances. 3. **Intimidating Signage**: The office is adorned with off-putting signs like “We reserve the right not to serve you,” “Smile, you are on camera,” and “No body behind this line,” which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. 4. **Pushy Upselling**: The staff, particularly the employees, were overly persistent in trying to upsell additional services, adding unnecessary pressure during the rental process. 5. **One Friendly Staff Member**: The presence of a courteous lady on the staff was the only redeeming aspect of the service. Her approachability contrasted sharply with the overall challenging experience. 6. **Overall Hassle**: Renting from this location proved to be more of a hassle than a convenience, largely due to the unwelcoming environment and the high-pressure sales tactics. In conclusion, while there was a glimmer of kindness from one staff member, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of having to wait in the cold, the unfriendly signage, and the aggressive upselling tactics made for an unpleasant experience. I would think twice before renting from this location again."
"The women working the establishment were amazing. I’ve traveled all over the world, but this was the best Budget I’ve ever been to. Fast service, extremely reliable, with a focus on customer satisfaction. 10/10 highly recommend."
"Had such an awful awful experience today 5/12/2022. Young man working. Long hair. With a lady maybe in her 30’s. Had reservations for 2:30pm. They close at 5pm. Landed late. Rushed all the way from Logon airport yo get the car. Called few times. He said you need to make it by 5:00pm or nothing. I told him this is important. Ended up at the light, across the street, I ran to the store. Doors open, he showed me the phone at 5:01 and said I told. No discussion. No choices. Left without a car."
