"Great place to rent a car, originally rented a car for a week and then had two extend it another three weeks due to mechanical problems with my own car. Great customer service from this place, shocked about all the one star reviews and how entitled people are. Will definitely rent from here again in the future."
"I'm shocked to see negative reviews, especially being from so recent. I rented a car from them on 6/6/24, which was supposed to be for a week. I then had to extend for another week, and then another week after that. Every time I called or stopped by, the people there were amazing! They even made sure I wasn't charged the insane price that the website wanted me to pay to keep extending. I was told no pets, and no smoking. Seemed very reasonable as that's normally the case. I would 1000% go back to them in the future."

"Avoid this place at all costs. We were told pets were allowed but we needed to make sure the car was cleaned out when returned. (Understandable) This place pretty much expects the vehicle to be spotless. They claim to be pet friendly, yet if you have ANY pet fur left in the rental, they want to charge you $450.00 do detail it. We did a best effort and got most of the fur out, but not to their liking. I guess we should have had the car detailed before we returned it. So, our deposit is lost and now they want an ADDITIONAL $450. (Would be one thing if the $250 went towards the detail). That is now $700 to have a clean car. Find somewhere else. Oh, and we had about a minute to decide if we wanted to pay the cleaning fee or be charged another 2 days to vacuum again to be, I'm sure told it still needed to be detailed. Do yourself a favor find somewhere more reputable. Oh, the signs there are all just handwritten, maybe invest in a $60 printer to make these signs a bit more professional looking."
"I had a reservation for a larger vehicle and called ahead to confirm availability twice the day before. Came in this morning to find out they dont have it. This is worst customer service i have ever experienced. If you dont have the car, dont advertise. Waste of my time taking money. Now all my plans have been ruined because of their failure. If you cannot fulfill a customer order, you shouldnt do business. Shame!!"
