"2 Weeks in a row the car wash shut down right as I pulled up to the kiosk. Today I was told I can wait for them to reopen since I purchased a $25 wash when I fueled up. I did just that expecting to be next as I was the only vehicle there. I waited about 30 minutes and as they were about to reopen other vehicles pulled up. Instead of stopping the other vehicles and letting me keep my place in line the guy started letting people cut me off and pull in so I nudged my way in and another customer didn't like it and started to confront my wife when she asked him to back up about 2 feet so we can finish pulling in because we waited for about 30 minutes. Instead of being considerate, the car wash employee commented stating that, "If you guys want to be a******s I can shut the car wash down and tell you nobody else is coming in for the rest of the day" even after knowing I waited and he was just letting people in ahead of me. Very poor customer service and disrespectful workers."
"I'm only reviewing the vacuuming aspect of this location. The nozzle on the vacuum isn't conducive to a thorough cleaning. It gets the majority of everything, but it doesn't reach tight spaces. It's a dollar, but I would've paid more for a better nozzle and a more powerful vacuum. There's also no platform to lay down and vacuum your cat mats."
"It's a great place for gas and car wash. Only down fall is car wash is never open on time. Like to go in the morning at 7:10 around that time. Never open. I thought it opened at 7. If not my apologies. Undate on that car wash, opens on time only thing I get the works package. You get to the hot wax it come down when the car is half way through that section. Only 1/2 the truck gets the hot wax"
"The service area and car wash are both well lit at night. The pumps are nice, the area is clean and the car wash is one of the better ones in the area. Gas is usually very competitive and the staff is usually nice."
