"I recently purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas from Coastal Volkswagen. The entire experience from start to finish was top notch. I love my new Atlas and the customer service was phenomenal. Upon pick up I had some last minute questions on how to properly install my new roof racks. Without hesitation, Evan, another salesman, stepped in and offered to install the roof racks right there and then for me. He was patient, took his time and thoroughly explained the entire process as he went. Great service!!"

"Never in a million years thought I’d be writing a rave review about a car dealership, but here I am. First off, I have always bought, Toyota, Ford or Honda. After shopping around, and not finding what I was looking for, I tried Volkswagen, and so glad I did. After an initial text with Johnny Walker, (yes, that’s his real name, and yes he’s a cool as the drink) we met up at the dealership. He could not have been more informative, more helpful, and honestly fun to work with. There was no pressure, and no pushy sales agenda, which I fully expected. We signed the paperwork on Saturday, and had the car ready by Monday. I’m in love with my new Atlas Sport, and will absolutely buy from Coastal Motors again."

"The absolute best experience with Evan, Joe and Dave! Evan took his time finding exactly what I needed (7 or 8 passenger, great warranty and something with back up camera) when he had me test drive my Atlas, he took the time to explain the different features, the safety ratings and how easy it was to have multiple car seats and still access the third row. He really took the time to hear what I needed and find exactly what I wanted. After filling out paperwork with Joe we were well on our way to financial with Dave. The entire process was so smooth and all in all with test drive took less then 2 hours. I bought my car Friday and had it Monday night. Full tank and completely detailed. This Atlas is the best car I ever bought but any time I need a new vehicle I will 100% be back to coastal VW. Their service department is incredible and reliable, make an appointment for faster service! Best experience buying a car hands down. I didn’t feel pressured once. They even called a few days after I picked up to make sure everything was perfect and going smoothly. Will be back for the service department and when my kids need cars."
