"I’m sorry to leave a bad review because the cookies are yummy. However, the employee working did not give the entire order to the Uber driver, just the ice cream. I had ordered two cream and cookies and a cookie. The Uber driver said they even double checked by asking the employee and they confirmed it was the FULL order. Based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I ordered from the cookie Monstah and just got semi melted ice cream. Paid for the convenience of having it delivered to my door and instead received some disappointment. The ice cream, however, was tasty but not really what I ordered."
