"7/12/24 Placed a online order at 9:50pm The two high school girls working there threw our cookies out before we got there and locked the door on us. Her excuse was “oh we threw them out” and laughed at us. I will be in to speak to management. I can not believe you have two immature little girls working for at your establishment."

"Been to this crumbl multiple times so I won’t leave no stars because I have had a good experience prior. I was very surprised by this experience though. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up no one was at the front. The 3 workers were all by the back oven talking and saw me waiting. I’ve had my fair share of customer service jobs so I like to give the benefit of the doubt but I saw them notice me and still not greet me to even say “be right with you” I waited ignored a little too long for my liking. When I got in my car and opened the box to see the cookies I was surprised by how thin the multiple chocolate chip cookies were. Crumbl is known for their thick cookies but that was not these."

"I was so excited to bring my son for cookies and terribly let Down. We had imagined this bright colorful place for kids instead we were greeted by a blan white room with no one but tablet screens for ordering. We thought there should be a see through counter loaded with cookies to help the excitement but again a very blan cutting board with 6 cookie flavors lay on the counter. Out of the 6 cookies only 3 were flavored for kids, we ended up getting 6 cookies. After we ordered we realized there’s no seats inside, no picnic tables and no grass to sit in so we had to drive 45 minutes home to eat our cookies. I was hoping for this fun bonding trip to make memories with my son but when we got home my son said “Next time we can make cookies since it was an adult place with adult cookies” So in all $23 for 6 cookies was a waste and we will not return nor recommend others. Even if offered free cookies every month I still wouldn’t go."

"I’ve always had a pretty good experience at my local Crumbl. Not always greeted or even spoken to when I pick up curbside but besides that the cookies are always absolutely amazing!! Every time!! Highly recommend!!"
