"His whole response to me here is lies -- one after the next. He wanted top, top dollar for a 12 year old van with a poor-to-fair interior (carpet worn through to floor, window knob missing, very rough use/scratches, etc.) which likely needed other typical repairs for its age. I could see the exhaust for starters would need replacing. He said he would replace anything that really needed it if I took it to a mechanic, but he had exceptions to that. He had gotten the van at wholesale for at least $5k-$6 less than he was asking at the $15k price point but we know these guys do nothing to these car except the very obvious (it did have 2 new tires). I was also not treated with respect as a woman by herself. He wasn't interested in selling me the car at all, or being fair. He said he wanted to wait and see if he could get more for it."

"My husband and I bought a Toyota 4runner back in May, 12, 2021. We agreed on the price and told us they don't do the paperwork for title preparation. We really need a car, so we signed and brought the paperwork to our bank and all the stuff. I found out, the dealership added a $295 for Dealer Service fee to the value of the car. I never hearf that kind of fee unless they're doing the title and stuff. Fortunately, the car is good, but they're scamming people of fees that is not supposed to be there in the first place. Buyer beware.."
