"When purchasing my car, the dealer drove the car up for my test drive, and I informed them there was a large dent in the hood. They told me it was no problem and they would fix it to look brand new. They encouraged me to purchase the vehicle and they kept the car to fix it. They called me 5 days later to let me know my car was fixed. When I got there I still noticed there was a gap in the hood. I told them I wasn't satisfied. The service manager told me it was probably a defective hood and he would replace the hood and the joint (that now had visible marks from being fixed). They told be it would take about 3 weeks for the hood to come in and they would be in touch. One month later I called and they reported they hadn't gotten the hood in. Another month, same response. When I called back after 3 months, they said it hadn't come in but they would schedule to pick up my car because it should be in within the next 3 weeks. They picked up my car and 1 month later they returned it saying they fixed the hood, took care of a recall and replaced my cluster screen, which wasn't turning on correctly. The joint was replaced but the gap in the hood was no different. when I looked at the paperwork it says nothing about replacing a hood. I called and said I wasn't satisfied as I had bought a brand new car and expected it to look brand new. they told me they didn't replace the hood because the gap "looked a little better." I was extremely upset as I had waited more than 3 months for a hood that they had promised me. The service manager gave me a long reason for why this was going to be difficult (because the repair was "within Genesis specs") and I may not have my car for a while. I contacted Genesis and placed a claim. Buying a new car should be a quick and amazing experience. This was anything but that."

I had a specific vehicle and price in mind from my research, was able to negotiate quickly with Jay in sales who was very professional ( and best of all not pushy!) and courteous. He presented the various price incentives (buy vs lease) to help me select the best option for me. Paperwork completed electronically and remotely which was very easy and quick.
