"In March of 24' my oil change and fluid check cost $84.07. That includes tyre rotation and tyre pressure check ( lol). However, today same service cost me $106.58, no tyre pressure check or rotation of wheels as requested by me. This extra service btw is only there because it's supposed to make you feel better about paying 25% more for a simple oil and fluid check. This Quirk Mazda operation are gouging customers. The national inflation rate is 2.9% but at Quirk Mazda Quincy MA it is 25%. This is outrageous and people should stay away from there. You state there was a price adjustment! No, it is a price hike by a greedy owner of 25%. and you try to justify your greed by hiding it in a wheel rotation? Pathetic. You clarify nothing but gouging. Customer lost. Don't thank me for understanding, say goodbye to a loyal customer who drove miles to get services. You let Mazda Corporation down and as a share holder shall be notifying them of your policy. Further, I bought my car from this dealership and everything was good, but not now. I bought new tyres for my car because I didn't like the ones that came with it. Gave the originals away to the service clerk for his Mazda 6. They fitted new tyres and balanced for me, but 2000 miles later I discovered tyres were inflated 10psi higher than spec!!!! A miricle that wheel and tyre hadn't exploded on these pot hole roads. Tried selling me Navigation for this car at purchase for $400.00. I declined as I use WAZE. But later found that the chip for the navigation for my car on ebay for 29.99. A Mazda 6 2021 navigation chip that is so easy to install it's crazy. Open center consol it slides right in. But this Quirk Mazda dealership tried ripping me off $400.00 after spending over $33 thousand dollars. And they knew I was a disabled veteran. Seriously folks , please stay clear of this grifter."

"Had written a previous review with much frustration based on my last purchase. This is a more levelheaded one: decent place, had several transactions with them. Agents have been mostly good, trying their best to facilitate the transaction. The 2 is based on the condition of the car; Received it with a few chips on the paint. They tried to fix 1 but the end result was a discoloration/paint mismatch. Caught another chip later (1 week and 5 days) but was told it was my responsibility because the car was within my possession. A bit disappointing ..but it’s ok. Lesson learned."
