"Don't do business with these folks. Their website shows parts in inventory that aren't. Ordered a part and on the day it was "supposed to" have arrived, they still hadn't even shipped it which tells me they lied and didn't even have it when I ordered it. To me...that's worse than a worthless business. I'll never order anything from a company that lies to you."

"I hope people see this post. Bought a part from quirk parts was not the right part. Quirk Parts does not have a phone contact only via email now. Don't even think about a personal contact! Contacted them within the 30 day return policy period via E Mail. They requested a photo of the item/VIN number/shipment method for the return. Provided that information to them. Heard nothing back in regards to this information to move forward with the return. Waited weeks no response. Shipped the item back to them. No Refund. They claimed the date it was returned was outside the 30 day window and took the part back and took the money paid for the part. They now have the part back and payment. a TERRIBLE company to purchase an item from legall action pending."

"Horrible service. Late with parts, missing 3/4 of the parts, no communication, no tracking, no packing slip. They do not want to talk to customers on the phone, probably because it’s a one person doing all the work. The only thing they are efficient at is charging your credit card. ! Customer service is dead !"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Read all the reviews, not just the 5 star ones displayed on the front of google's listing. Ordered parts, says 24 hours for pickup, has now been 48 and no update, no pickup instructions, no response to emails and no number to call as they only do things online. Had also ordered another part that has said ready to ship for days now, but still no answer on when they will actually ship it, meanwhile my car is apart on my lift awaiting these parts. If I don't get an answer I'm showing up in person and filing a report with the BBB if they don't either give me my parts or a full refund. You cannot operate a business like this."

"Horrible service Horrible sales, everything is online they don't take any calls. I just purchased screws online which they claim they sent which they didn't so i ordered a 2nd time because I waited almost 2 weeks for screws for my oil pan. Then both orders show up around the same time. I didn't need anymore. After paying for shipping twice. Just a horrible experience"
