"If I could give this company, this mom and Pop shop no stars I would long story short I bought a 2013 Nissan Murano supposedly had no issues once I drove that thing off the lot. The engine light came on. I contacted him about it. they said it’s gonna go away. It’s because we did service on it. OK as time went by a few days the engine light still stayed on I let them know they said bring it. I brought it in. They must’ve turned it off. They said it was a sensor whatever then came back on again. I got my brother Mechanic and I went to a shop they said your car needs a catalyst converter. I contacted mega motors again. They said OK we’ll see what we can do. I didn’t have my car within the month that I bought it because it spent time at the shop. I’m thinking they’re doing something serious. This is after I had to get my dad involved I had to threaten to sue themforward to a few months later I’ve been driving my engine light on because my catalyst converter is going to cost about $3000 to replace it because it’s a safety issue because it’s not 15 years old it cannot pass inspection. I decide that I’m gonna sell the car after I spent money on a radiator water pump AC And a TRANSMISSION mind you there was other minor issues that are considered normal.(brakes etc ) I’ve had this car for a year and a half now and I spent more than a cost about approximately close to $7000, I put $8000 down on this car. I’m telling you guys they got an award from car guru I want nothing to do with them or anyone associated with them. This left bad taste in my mouth. I’m scared to go to any other small private businesses because of this situation. This company is a fraud they’re all about just making their money. My brother referred me to them and I should’ve known better because the car that he got from them he had major work on and he had bought a 2009 Infiniti GX coupe . Good luck!"

"Bought a car for my daughter. Easy process, good selection of cars, competitive pricing. Really good customer service. After purchasing vehicle, they needed to service it before we picked it up. They also took care of registration. When test driving & the. picking up there was a minor issue with door locks, a fuse in the cigarette lighter and warning light. All minor issues. They fixed all. After having car for a couple of days the door locks didn’t work again. My daughter was back at school by then. They offered to bring their mechanic to her school to fix on-site (2 hrs away). They didn’t have to as there was an upcoming long weekend and she would be home. So they fixed it quickly that day. They are all about making the customer happy. Would buy a vehicle from there again."
