There were two minor repairs they agreed to do after I purchased the cars, which were easy to schedule and they got them done in less than a day. Chris also came with me to the RMV to get the car registered and got it inspected with me. A very smooth operation and a great truck!"

"Very bad experience with this dealership. Bought my car at the end of March. A week into having it noticed an issue with the breaks, called dealership Tom told me to bring it in. Was told breaks were replaced. Well had to replace both front and rare breaks my boyfriend paid to have them done else where. Noticed a scraping noise and violent shaking while driving on the highway a few weeks ago. Called Monday morning was told to bring the car in. Left the car, got a call that the car was all set. Was told by a mechanic that the control arms and ball joints were bad in the front, relayed this to them, was told all they did was "lubricate" underneath. Went for a ride with Chris car seemed to have stopped shaking, however scraping noise came back. He told me drive it for a few days and if I still hear it come back. I also was told I was over the warranty miles, which was a lie. On my title it said 72,502 miles, when I brought this up I was told no u signed for it at 71. That made no sense to me. My boyfriend was asking how the car passed inspection Tom said I dunno where did you get it inspected. I paid them to inspect it. I was told car was safe I said I have my daughter who is 5 in the car constantly. Well the next day sound was worse. Brought it to another mechanic was showed that nothing was lubricated like they said and car was not safe. Had to replace control arm and ball joint on passenger side front tire. Now I have to replace the same thing on driver side. Very disappointed. Did not like being lied to, I would not recommend this dealership. Very unhappy. Also would like to mention the lug nuts on the tire were not the right ones. Thanks for putting me and my families safety at risk."

"The worse experience of my entire life. I bought a car 30 days ago, a Dodge Journey. While buying the car I notice that the front tires were completely bold thus I had a deal with this guy name Chris that he would change the front tires for me. He changed the front tires but guess what happened? He didn't put the legnuts correctly and the tires snnaped off the car causing a huge accident!! I was lucky for not been driving in the highway. Also the body shop that I brought the car to told me the brakes were not good which i told that dude named Chris that wasn't good but he refused to fix it. The car still with the warranty for 60 days but guess what? Chris doesn't pick up his phone. Now I'm filing a law sue against them. My insurance appraiser already took a look on the car and confirmed what I said: the car they sold wasn't safe!! They are not honest people. If I was you I would never buy a car over there. They are very trick people. Now let's see what happens but I would be glad to see them get out of business!"
