"FUNNY HOW THERE IS NOT ONE GOOD REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY AND THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE REVIEWS. I booked a reservation on ID90 for a car with Sixt. When my flight was canceled 30 minutes prior to flight I called Sixt right away to cancel, was told I can only email a cancelation so I did. Then when I got a response from Sixt, they informed me that the reservation was through a 3rd party named Cartrawler and that they have no customer service. I only recieved information about how to cancel my reservation when I finally got an email from Cartrawler for a survey which was a few days later. Then I sent a message about the cancelation. Needless to say they won't refund anything because I didn't contact them prior to pickup time. Nowhere on ID90 does it mention their information as the contact so I called the rental company like anyone would. I will forever only rent cars directly from the company. They should be reported to the BBB. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!"

"First time ever renting a car and these people help me make my mind 2 never get a rental third party anymore they inconsider and just out to get people money. Don't book through Uber they does no refund"

"Shame on Uber and this company, they stole my money. I rented a car a few weeks ago via UBER but I've been told they were out of car when I arrived rental service. I had to pay 250 dollar for getting a car from a f.king company. I couldn't receive my refund yet."

"Only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. They took money and didn’t forward to the rental company. Got to the rental desk and had to pay full price for the rental on top of what was already paid to CarTrawler. Working on getting a refund because I refuse to let them keep my money. So frustrating. Lesson learned… always book directly through the car rental company and not any emails from the airlines stating lower prices. I feel like this is a total scam. After reading other reviews I know it’s a scam."
