Where my previous mechanics couldn't find the part, Tom used his contacts to locate it in Japan...Yes, Japan...My Dad got tired of waiting and was in the process of looking to buy a new car, but Tom came through after a few weeks of looking. I already referred him to my brother. His prices are fair, reasonable, and affordable."

Who goes to a body shop for an oil change? I doubt they will have the filter for your car in any body shops...they'll use your old one most definitely. It's like going to Legal Seafood and ordering steak!"

"Brought the car in to replace steering wheel rack. Was told and guarantee that the part need to be fixed is something else. At the end of the day, he agreed the problem is the steering wheel rack and since it's a big job he would not able to fix it. Brought the car to another auto repair. Come to find out they didn't installed back the part probably. If the car would been drive on the highway will cause accident. Screws we're half screwed in, and some screws we're missing and the belt was off line."
