"The only positives from this experience is that the car was available, and it ran well. Otherwise, my experience was horrible. The car was filthy, and getting a reasonable response from Zipcar’s “customer service” department is impossible. I suggest renting a car from a genuine car rental company, as their standards of cleanliness are much higher, and their pricing virtually the same."
