"If I could give a negative star review, I would—this place doesn't even deserve one star. Initially, I rented a Chevy Malibu and the gas tank was 3/4 full. By the end of the day, after driving less than 10 miles, the car was on empty and the engine light came on during my commute to work. I called them, and they agreed to exchange the car, but it was an inconvenience in the first place to return and swap it out. The replacement was a dusty Toyota Camry with holes in the carpet and stained seats, plus an expired inspection sticker. they audaciously charged me $52 for returning the Malibu with an empty tank—why should I have filled two car tanks when they inconvenienced me in the first place? I called to inquire about a refund promised for the charge but haven't received it, nor have I heard from their supervisors as assured. Perhaps they could use that $52 to get a new inspection sticker for the poorly maintained Camry. I strongly advise against renting from this place at all."

"Nice riding Chevy Malibu car. The service was good as far as pick up and drop off. I was surprised the car was dirty when they dropped off the car. My wife shamed me into washing the car in my drive way as she would not ride with me with all the tree sap and dirt on the hood and windshield."

"I’ve actually reviewed this company before and they did ok last time. I did have some problems with the service but they def made up for it this time. My car was hit and I used Susie’s next door ( they are also amazing) but enterprise made it easy from the jump. First put me in a car and it seemed fine but I had to keep putting air in a tire and then woke up one day to it completely flat. I called them and the aaa service came changed out the tire in my driveway and I went in and they immediately put me into another vehicle with no trouble in like 3 minutes. Smooth retal service after. Picked up my car and got my deposit back. Completely efficient and effortless. Great job and thanks."
