"I recently had the worst experience of my life with Enterprise at their Mattapan Location. I booked a car a week in advance for a weekend trip, ensuring all details were confirmed and set. A few days prior to my reservation, I called the location to reconfirm the availability of the car, and they assured me everything was fine. However, the very next day, I received a call informing me that they did not have any available cars for us and advised me to check another location. When I contacted the other location, I was shocked to discover that the price was nearly three times the original amount I had booked for. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did this ruin my weekend plans, but the lack of communication and the exorbitant price difference displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will never use Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this location."
