"Do not rely on Zipcar. It's been two times in a row where their service completely failed. One was a car with a drained battery. The other one was a car that was completely missing from the parking spot where I was supposed to pick it up. You will not get a sorry, you will not get a compensation or refund, and the call center agents are obviously very poorly paid and poorly trained. It's an absolute headache that's not worth it."
