"I can't thank the staff at Enterprise enough for the assistance I received after learning that my car was totaled . The GM worked with the insurance company and was able to get me some extra time on the rental at no charge to me. When the GM ( his name i can not recall at the moment which upsets me but it will come to me and I'll be back to edit ) notified me of the news he received from my insurance company .I was super excited and over joyed that I was extended the rental. I feel this was bc of him again helping me out . I appreciate you ... This really meant the world to me bc when your car gets totaled the funds are low and for me I was unable to function at times bc I was swarmed with worry . However The General Manager, His colleague Riley and all of his staff treated me so well and again assisted me as they knew I was a fish out of water . And bc of the team here I was able to chill for some moments and for me that good , trust me.bThere kindness is second to none therefore I just have to take the time to leave them a receiew that I hardly ever do . But Enterprise Corporate should know that there Enterprise in Somerville has an outstanding team ! The Diligent customer service I received at Enterprise wowed me for sure. I'll be back bc I'm sure I will need a car to look for a car . The only regret I have is that it's slipping my mind at the moment of the name of the young gentleman who I'm pretty sure is the GM . I'm gonna guess and say Joe but I maybe arong ... If he isn't the GM he should be ,hint to corporate . So again thank you Enterprise Staff for assisting me throughout this sudden misfortune . "I had a rental reservation in Dorchester but unfortunately they didn’t have a car for me on the day of my reservation. I called enterprise in Somerville and spoke to Riley Shaw, he was able to accommodate my reservation. I had to take an Uber from Dorchester to Somerville and I’m glad I did. Riley was very helpful and I was given a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, the car was great, smooth to drive and economic in gas. Any time I called enterprise to make sure that I needed the car more days they were very helpful. Five stars to Riley."

"The employees are nice but the cars are not. They game me a car that had over 60k miles on it, the engine started rattling and check engine light went on. I called to ask for a replacement, instead they suggested that I take the car to get an oil change. Definitely last time with this brand."
