"I am 69 years old and have purchased at least 12 new vehicles in my life. This was the most disingenuous purchase I have ever made. The trade in evaluator lied about the amount of rust under my truck. The ceramic coating which I paid handsomely for was not applied and it has now been 16 days and they still have not completed the new registration process for which I also paid a premium for. My salesmen said that new vehicles are just " a Hunk of Metal" to them. The more they move the better...and he thinks they were number one last year. If your looking for and honest dealership that understands that you don't buy a new car every month I would go elsewhere. A month has past since I wrote the review above. I had a response from them two days after the first comment and they asked that I contact them. I did, even though they left no info on who or what number to call. I asked the person who answered the main number who I should speak to in their response to call and she said she had no idea so I asked for the general manager. When no one answered at that extension I left a message. I still have not heard back and I do not expect to. Don't be fooled if you read their responses to bad reviews seeming to care...they really don't"
