"We purchased a Ford Explorer St from this dealership. We had a 60-day bumper to bumper warranty. We brought it in not even two weeks after we bought it because we were having several issues and error messages coming up we expressed to them to contact Ford because they would know better as to what was going wrong with it. The service manager Joe decided not to contact Ford and had our car for an entire week and not even 2 weeks later our car wouldn't start so we brought it back to them with same issues that they hadn't fixed and expressed to them again to please call Ford and they refused again to call the other dealership. They also told me that they didn't have time to look at my cameras which are not working properly and refuse to pay for them saying that they weren't a safety issue however cameras are a safety issue that we had been asking for since the very first time we brought it in. When I brought it in the third time I had to pay for my rental despite the fact my car was still under warranty because every time they didn't fix the issue our warranty extended out 30 Days by law. They continue to tell me that sales department needed to pay for any repairs and the sales department was refusing to do that and I had to play the middleman between the sales and service department about trying to get things fixed and trying to get my rental paid for and after having my car for another week which cost me $400 for the we didn't even receive service slip when we picked it up because didn't even touch my vehicle, they didn't fix any of the issues and refused to fix any of these issues saying our warranty was up even though it was not. Joe Fernandes and Rodrigo the sales manager are the most unprofessional and unethical people I have ever dealt with in the 24 years I've been buying and driving cars. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Joe even complained about the fact that he spoke to me on the phone for 15 minutes because I was trying to explain to him why and how our car was still covered under warranty and he hung up on me twice. As a customer I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Rodrigo said that he would send us the check for $120 for the cameras which doesn't include installing them only if we agreed not to go to bad Google review online. So I guess we're not getting our $120."
