"Horrible place! Stay far away. My parents bought a car. First time trying to get it inspected the engine light was pulled and had a transmission code. Brought it to his "mechanic" 4x for the same code. Supposedly changed the transmission but yet still have a transmission code. The last time we brought it to his mechanic they cut off the catalytic converter. I honestly didn't think people like this existed."
"I came here to have my leather refinished. They charged a lot and did a very poor job. The total cost was over $250 for a steering wheel and a spot on the rear seat, and the result was hardly professional-looking. Worse, they didn't mask off the dashboard, so I had bits of leather dust stuck in my instrument cluster, and they scratched the logo on the steering wheel. I would definitely not recommend this place."
"About a month ago I had Master Cars work on the back window of my Audi S5 convertible that was about to fall off. It became clear to me that this is not something you repair, but it requires a new roof. So it happens, Audi S5 convertible roof is one of the most expensive and difficult roofs to assemble. My interaction was with Christian, the owner and let me begin by saying that it was wonderful from minute 1. He was very forthcoming and transparent with all information. He showed me the part in the catalog and the price. When the item arrived, it was not an aftermarket roof, but original OEM from Germany. He had mentioned that it would be 3 days labor to put that on....yet he called me two days into the work being done, before the weekend, that my car is ready. I waited a month to write this because I wanted to see just how good was the work that his shop had performed, and let me emphasize that he did great work. I am super happy with the outcome and I recommend Master Used Cars in Newton to anyone that has any upholstery needs for their automobile. Thank you Christian, Armen."
