"I went to this shop a few days ago because I got an engine alert in my car and a sound in the gear lever. They just told me that all of this is normal and that the engine is fine. Today I went to a really expert workshop and they gave me documentation pointing out what was wrong and what I should change urgently. Terrible customer service. The mechanic gives me his word telling me that he promises that there is nothing in the car. What you are is a liar to your clients"

"My son bought a Taotao scooter from the company which we had the following issues with: We brought it back to get it fixed when when realized that they didn't install the bolts holding the engine to the frame. No apology period. Week later brought it back again gas gauge was not working properly, they said that float wasn't down, again no apology we were driving 55 miles each way. Finally they got if fixed. Went to start the scooter after winterizing scooter in spring scooter would not run. Took it to 2 very reputable dealers who both said that the scooter was not repairable as it had no compression, My son only logged just over 800 miles on it. Worthless scooter left messages no call returned. Highly recommend that you do not buy from them."

"Awesome Dealership! I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Dalmaso Motors. They were truly helpful as can be and super accommodating to my sporadic schedule, even times when I showed up unannounced because I was in the area. They stopped what they were doing to help me test drive the car last minute. It's a nice family owned business that helped me get a wonderfully reliable car when I needed one asap. Their website was a big help with tons of detailed information and 30+ photos of the vehicle I was interested in which helped immensely before stepping foot on the lot. Usually buying a car can be off putting and tiring, but not here. I was able to look at the car with the misses without any pressure and they let me take it for a test drive with no hassle. He even insisted that if I liked the vehicle to take it to get looked at for a pre purchase inspection. They truly stand behind the cars they sell to make sure their customers are taken care of. I honestly would recommend them to anyone who wants a great car for a more than fair price.
