"Just bought a 2010 Ford Fusion. Process was simple and straight to the point. The man (who I presume to be David) was very nice and knowledgeable, and he keeps his used vehicles clean. Very good upkeep. Would recommend to someone else looking for a used car."
"I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from Ron last March. Ron has been nothing but kind and patient from the beginning. He's been a pleasure to do business with. The one thing that makes me appreciate this place more is that they stand by the cars they sell. I have had to bring by car back for a few odds and ends, but again, Ron is the most reasonable and trustworthy car-salesman I've ever met, and those are a rare find these days. 10/10"
"My experience with David Ducharme has been nothing short of five stars so far. I bought a 2011 Nissan Versa from them in September 2023, with 176,500 miles on it. After a test drive, I let Ron know of some issues and he took care of them before delivering the car. Shortly after delivery, there was a muffler problem. Ron took full ownership of the issue and repaired it free of charge. He also changed my brake rotors under warranty. Driver-side window died on me a couple of months after and Ron fixed it for a very reasonable price. Otherwise, I have not had any major problems with the car, after driving it 3,000 miles so far. The car does have some suspension and steering issues given its age and mileage, but they have not significantly affected its driveability so far (and I hope it stays that way). Overall, I think I got a great deal for the price I paid."
"Was super excited to purchase a 2015 Chevy equinox from this Auto Sales shop. I had test drove the car at 8:40am and by 9:30am was setting up credit checks etc. Everything cleared and I was on my way to pay the deposit and sign papers when I received a text message from them stating the sold the car! I had properly let the business know I was coming and they had taken ALL my information including credit checks etc to sell it to someone else right under my nose. Not illegal but DEFFINETLY not someone you want to trust business with. Waste of time and a WHOLE DAY of energy. This experience has actually put a Hault on my search for a car as it truly left a bad taste in my mouth. YUCK"
"TL;DR - Honest and kind business. What you see is what you get. Use your wits and you can get a great deal. Best used car dealership I have ever been to. If you're looking for something in the Lowell area go no further than these guys, they will get you on the road. Really happy with my experience here. Ron was easy to get in touch with and made everything smooth and simple. Great with questions, patient and friendly. Honest business, they aren't out to get you and will go out of their way to help if you ask. I got a 2007 Ford Focus for $3000 including the doc fee in June 2022. Extremely competitive price at the time when cars were the most expensive they have ever been. I couldn't find a vehicle with that kind of mileage and condition for less than $5000 anywhere. It has rust on the undercarriage, but no bad structural rot. I'm guessing the car was someone's winter beater for a while. Did have one strange experience, not certain what happened. After buying the car, I waited a day or two while it was cleaned, since it had just come in. When I took delivery of the vehicle the driver side mirror was at a weird angle. Went to adjust it with Ron and it snapped off the car. It had to have been broken at some point in the past and maybe we just didn't know. Ron took ownership of the situation right away, bought the new part and installed it a couple days later. New mirror has been working ever since. I also had issues with the wheels a little bit later. Found out that all four steel wheels (probably original) had rust problems, but one of them was SERIOUSLY bent. I'm certain it was that way from purchase as that wheel always lost air pressure and the ride was bumpy at speed from day 1. I thought it was just bad wheel balancing, but the tire shop showed me otherwise. No problem though, I just grabbed some mint used steel wheels on Craigslist and was on my way. It's been reliable for me for almost a year now. I'm super happy with it! Gets me to work, to school, anywhere I need to go. I agree with other reviewers. What you see is what you get. You have to know a little bit about cars, or bring someone with you to look at it. Maybe ask to take the car to a mechanic if you want for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. This dealership isn't checking every car with a fine tooth comb for tiny details because there just isn't enough time. The prices reflect that fairly! If you go in informed, know what to look for, and check everything carefully just as you would do when buying something off of Craigslist or Facebook, you'll be fine. Might just get away with a really nice deal. For me? Perfect first car, great price, and it's exactly what I wanted. It'll need work and maintenance, stuff will break, and it will die someday, but I knew what I was getting into buying a 15 year old car. I have no complaints. Thanks to everyone and especially Ron for a great experience! See below for some photos."
