"Once again no gas card and I had to use my personal debt card again, so now it's 35 dollars out of pocket. Plus no one picks up the phone for Zipcar."
"Bad service. They only have two cars available here and they are both either not functional or taken. This location is on a college campus with 17,000 undergraduates alone. The college is also a state univertisty. They should have at least 10 cars at each of the three campuses at one time. I have tried to use zipcar 3 times in the past and each time, I either got a reservation but had to have it cancelled because no cars were available (I found out after getting to the zip car parking spots) or there are just no available cars on Umass Lowell South Campus anytie within the next month. This is ridiculous and zipcar is very unreliable,"
