"This a brand new (2024) Dominican Restaurant in the heart of Peabody, MA. The place is beautiful, family friendly, nice and clean decor and has a.combination of tables and booths The booths are perfect for families with small children. The owner is super nice and sweet, very helpful. She and her staff offer a very nice service and are very accommodating. As many Dominican and Hispanic restaurants, they also have a meal of the day buffet with a selection of the main Staples of the standard Dominican food. If you are looking for a nice and ymmy "Bandera dominicana" meal, this is a great place. The "Moro de guandules con chivo guisado' is like you are eating in the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic. Order a side of tostones or sweet plantains to complete your meal. If you are there early enough you may be lucky to get "un chin de concon" (a little bit of the burnt rice that Dominicans love to have). They brew fresh coffee in house, so you can have a regular cafecito after your meail and they also have a small selection of freshly squeezed natural fruit juices and a few Dominican dessert options. When sitting down, feel free to ask for your favorite version of Dominican music or any other. Always mindful of the rest of the patrons in the place. Fully recommended."
"**El Fogón de la Rubia is an absolute gem!** I had the pleasure of dining at El Fogón de la Rubia last night, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The decor is charming, blending traditional elements with a modern twist, creating a cozy yet elegant setting. The highlight of the evening, of course, was the food. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and prepared to perfection. The tapas selection was outstanding, with each bite offering a delightful mix of textures and tastes. The Shrimp dish was simply the best I’ve ever had – rich, flavorful, and generously portioned. Service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was flawless from start to finish. El Fogón de la Rubia is not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a night out with friends, this place is perfect. I can't wait to return and explore more of their incredible menu. Highly recommended! RIFFT TEAM"
