"Great experience on a Sunday evening, food was great portions a bit small more like snack size while having drinks and chatting. Outdoor area has seating but more of a lounge vibe. Wings, sliders and shrimp all perfectly prepared."

"I took my king out to dinner for our anniversary two weeks ago on a Friday. He had chicken tacos, I ordered a side of collard greens, sweet n spicy chicken and mac n cheese. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I had the best mimosas and he enjoyed a chilled Heineken. The Mix is our new restaurant. We loved it so much we went back two days later on Sunday for brunch. We enjoyed salmon and chicken sliders, cheese n eggs and turkey bacon. The best turkey bacon ever!! I tried strawberry, mango and of course my favorite, orange juice mimosas. In addition, I had "The Mix" cocktail. I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful weekend at The Mix. Ambiance 5 Stars: My favorite color black and very unique Waitresses 5 Stars: Very attentive with great customer service skills Location 5 Stars: Very Convenient to the T, Peobdy Square, Street Parking and great location to take an Uber/Lyft Food 5 Stars: Soooooo Delicious 5 Stars across the board!!!"

"I went to The Mix for the first time this past weekend. They were doing a brunch party, so there were tickets to attend. It was a little confusing because when I arrived it was still early, and not that many people were there. I’m not sure how they differentiate people coming just for brunch and those who are there for the event. They have a pretty limited menu, but I got their chicken and waffles. I liked that the waffles were cut down into fourths. It made it easier to eat, and I liked how they added granola bits to the to the waffles. I never thought to do that, but it added extra crunch and flavor. They had chicken tenders instead of drumsticks or breasts and I actually prefer tenders, so was happy with it. My friend ordered salmon sliders and she said they were good. We both had their mimosas for drinks, and I will say their prices were decent considering drink prices in Boston. I had a strawberry and passion fruit one. My opinion is the passion fruit one was better and seemed a little stronger. I liked the space, and thought there was plenty of room for dining. The DJ played good music, lots of throwbacks, but the music was too loud. My friend and I were right by the DJ booth and could barely hear each other. A couple people asked to be moved because of how loud the music was. I also had to use the bathroom while there, and I was frustrated that there wasn’t soap in the dispenser, so they should be sure to check on this. All in all, not a bad experience. If I lived in Boston, I’d probably give them another try."

"My family and I came here yesterday for the first time for dinner and I would give it a solid 7.5/10. The atmosphere was pretty chill and we appreciated how close it was in location to home. I would’ve loved to feel more welcomed from management , as we noticed two owners were there present and not one of them came to say a word or ask us how our food was. The variety on the menu was very limited as well. Overall it was a solid experience and I would def return again !"

"Immediately when I walked in there were three strong gentlemen at the door they greeted me & my friends. I had the Rasta Chicken Pasta, Delicious & JUST RIGHT! My friends had the Mac & cheese & sweet chili wings, delicious as well. My other friend had the Salmon Rasta Pasta, delicious as well. Due to the restaurant being new, I was able to observe the food was served first before the utensils (folks, knives, napkins). One of the Owners came over to check on our table, that’s was nice of one of them. Overall the place is a good vibe! Waitress even said come back for Taco Tuesdays!!!"
