"I did toogoodtogo and the food was borderline inedible. I’m talking hard pasta and oxtail that resembled jerky. I think they really missed the point of TooGoodToGo. It’s unfortunate because it really gives the food a bad rep so I wouldn’t come another time to try the fresh to order food because this experience was very much unpleasant. Worst part is that we drove over an hour for this food and we threw away everything but the rice… it was supposed to be $30 value. I basically paid $10 for old rice because the meat they put on top was inedible like rubber and so was the oxtail and the pasta was hard and a super small portion with maybe 2 bites of chicken. Never again."
"I was visiting Boston, and this was one of the best foods I had on my trip. 5 stars all around. The portion size, the flavor, and the cost were A1. I had the fried snapper (huge and super flavorful), white rice, and beans. Just perfect. I also had the smoked herring pate, kode again, perfection. Went another time and had the Rasta pasta, the best I’ve had in a while. The juices are also amazing."
"I ordered the Oxtail platter but did not receive the oxtail, just a box of rice and peas, plantain and potato salad that they were trying to pass off as oxtail. I hen I called the restaurant they agreed to redeliver but gave me a small tin of oxtail filled with oil and no stew. Do not waste your money"
"Placed an Order on Door dash. I ordered the 2 piece fried chicken combo with fries & pikliz and lemonade. Food and drink was good however my side order of Black Rice was not delivered. Unsure if it was a glitch in the Door Dash app but I required you to select a side order and it didn't come. Overall I will try again and will go pick it up myself"
