"I have ordered online from this location many times through Grubhub with no problem. This was the first time I ordered through the app, and the order is OVER AN HOUR LATE! I can't cancel, I tried calling the store, and customer support is only through email. I was starving when I placed the order, so I would expect to get the food within an hour. If it will be more than an hour late, just cancel, don't make me wait."

"This place is really unfriendly to delivery drivers. This is my third time coming here for pick ups, and I had to wait, wait, and wait. Lines are long. Employees are many but chatting amongst themselves. When you try to reach out, they respond very rudely. This is not a good place to eat."

"I cannot begin to describe how disrespectful the staff was here. My Fiance and I both went to simply use the restroom here. When entering, they had chairs formed in some sort of blockade, but I had thought someone just didn't push in their chair. Big deal, just move it over. Immidiately one of the workers started shouting at us in such a sour attitude that the bathroom was obviously closed. Then going on to belittling us and saying "Don't you see the chairs??". As if we're able to understand that chairs in the way means that something is closed. They had no sign saying to not enter or that the bathroom was closed to the public. In fact they found it too hard to tell us politely that we could not enter. Hope that guy wasn't the manager, otherwize this restaurant is screwed if someone that disrespectful is running the place."

Second the employees miss up my orders several times, even if I say not to. Third the restaurant is messy and I swear I saw some rats in the kitchen and floor. The only redeeming thing about this restaurant is some foods are good while others are horrible."
