"Very excellent costumer service from Cassandra. I order my food at the wrong address but Cassandra was very understanding that I was on my lunch break and prepared my order for me. She was extremely sweet and very helpful I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves "

"Ordered through Uber Eats around 10:00 PM today. Despite explicitly writing a comment to ensure nothing was forgotten, Wendy's failed to include fries. This isn't the first time; similar issues occurred at the New Haven location. Wendy's consistently fails to honor orders. This pattern shows they just don't care."

"Placed a order for pick-up at 4:30 called at 3:10 food was made when I ordered not just before pick-up so it wasn't freshly made as they claim and to top it off hade a person cut right in front of me and got their order quickly whereas I walked in the door and asked for the pick-up with the manager working the counter so after being ignored and then cut and then ignored again and I had to actually call the manager over who at first said she couldn't find my order even though it was done and in plain view. I will never purchase food here again and I advise people to avoid it at all costs"

"I go to this Wendy's all the time and typically get the usual fast food experience: convenient location, average meal, average service, decent price. But today I went in and was warmly greeted immediately after I stepped up to the counter by Diane, the kindest worker I've ever encountered at this branch. She was lovely throughout the entire transaction, with a smile on her face. She deserves a payraise. More fast food places should have employees like her."
