"I'd give 6-7 Stars for Service if I could. Josh, the manager, and his team, greet you the second you walk in with a smile, ask if you have questions, and let you take the time needed to place your order. No feeling of rush rush. Just a great vibe all while he's training new employees, with the occasional menu quizzing! Great employees led by great manager. Win-win-win (Customers-Staff-Store/Corporate). Now to the food, excellent fresh ingredient as always, but this time Josh made me his favorite sub at the time, just the way he likes it, after I asked him what his current favorite was. Delicious!!! Tasted just like described with that warm childlike feeling when eating a great sub sandwich. Message for Corporate: Promote Josh but dont let him leave this store! These days with all the app ordering and drive throughs, it's hard to find a fast casual indoor experience to brag about. "Tonight I came in and ordered a Philly. When the employees went to put my food in the bag, my sandwich fell through the bag and hit the floor. I asked the employees to remake my food, which they did. However, the employee thought it necessary to tell me that my food did not actually touch the floor because it was wrapped in paper. Regardless of it it was wrapped, food hitting the floor should be remade no questions asked, no comments made. I felt the employee was unprofessional and I expect better in the future."
